    <description>The findings indicate that the three Omicron sublineages are antigenically equidistant from wild-type SARS-CoV-2 and similarly threaten current vaccine efficacy. No authorized monoclonal antibody therapy except bebtelovimab adequately covers all Omicron sublineages.</description>
